I want to work in an environment which encourages me to succeed and grow professionally where I can utilize my skills and knowledge appropriately. I have spent the last few years training with Chef Moskou Du Toit at Drum restaurant.  I am a passionate chef who is experienced working in a busy environment. I have excellent cheffing skills and I pay attention to detail. I am a fast learner and willing to learn and experiment with new dishes.
